1- Hours of Operation
Our M.B collections support team is available from Monday-Saturday: 9AM-10PM GST. The MB collections support team is not available on National holidays ( Eid-ul-fitar, Eid-ul-Adha, Eid Milad-ul-Nabi and other National Holidays).
2- How do i order online?
To purchase any product on M.B Collections eStore, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the required size/color and click âadd to cartâ. You will get a pop-up that selected item has been added to your cart. Click âproceed to checkoutâ button and provide all your delivery details at checkout page, donât forget to provide the valid cell phone and email. After that select your desired payment option from drop down list and click âplace orderâ button
3- Do I need to create a member account?
You can browse our website and add items to your basket without creating an account, and can place the order with guest checkout. But creating a member account will provide you with the following benefits:
- Making Shopping process easier
- Save delivery addresses
- View all previous orders from your account
- Check your order status before itâs shipped
4- Do you offer any discounts?
All ongoing discounts can be found on our website or social media platforms with terms and conditions applied.For any queries you may contact us.
5- Is my Discount coupon Valid on Sale items?
Please Note Discount Coupon is not Valid on Items that are already on Sale. Please apply your coupon on items that are not on sale or if there is an ongoing sale, you can save the coupon for use later on. For any queries you may contact us.
6- What are your standard Delivery Charges?
Our delivery charges are PKR 200 On COD/Bank Transfer. However, we do offer free delivery on orders of PKR 5000 & above
7- How long will it take to get my order?
We dispatch our orders as soon as possible. However, orders processed may take 4 to 7 official working days to arrive. For international order shipment time is 10 to 14 working days.
8- How do i cancel or change my order?
To ensure rapid delivery, we process your orders instantly. Once an order is placed, weâre unable to cancel or make changes. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get your products to you quickly. For any queries you may contact us.
9- My item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do?

11- What currency do you use?
All prices are displayed by default in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of GST.
We also provide pricing in GBP (British Pound) and USD (US Dollar) for your convenience.
12- I typed in my wrong address and need to change it?
Please contact us right away at +92 314 4012703 or Info@mbcollections.com.pk. But Unfortunately, if once order are submitted, they cannot be cancelled or modified.
13- How can I pay on your site?
At M.B Collections, we offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only in Pakistan.
- Easypaisa/JazzCash: Seamless payments through popular local gateways.
- Online/Credit Card: Accepting Visa and MasterCard (Credit/Debit).
14- How secure are my credit card and personal information?
Your security while shopping online with M.B Collections is extremely important to us, and we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that your credit card and personal details are kept safe at all times.
All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure, using SSL encryption. To ensure that the page you are viewing is secure, look for a padlock icon in your browser, this verifies the authenticity and validity of our website security.
15- How do I know that my order is placed or not?
M.B Collections eStore uses highly precise automate email/sms system. After successfully placing the order you will get the confirmation email/Sms at your valid email address or provided contact with in time. In which you will get your order summary/invoice with your order number. If you did not receive any email/sms that means your order is not successfully placed.
16- Can I check the items at the time of delivery?
Please note that your order is delivered in a sealed packing in order to avoid theft during transit. The courier company does not provide the facility for customer checking the product before payment. The delivery man is not our employee and his role is only to deliver and collect payment.
17- What courier services do you use for shipping?
- Shipments within Pakistan are being dispatched by M&P/Call PostEx/Leaopard.
- Express delivery within Pakistan are being dispatched by TCS.
- International orders are being dispatched by DHL Courier Co/Skynet.
18- What if I am not available at the time of order delivery?
Our courier person attempts twice to deliver a parcel to your provided address. Kindly ensure that the valid address, postal code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to M.B Collections head office and you will get the email/call confirmation.
19- What are your Delivery Charges for Express Delivery?
Please note Express delivery charges are PKR 300 Rs. For delivery in 2 to 3 days, For express delivery Payment along with delivery must be paid in advanc
20- Does TCS provide Express delivery on National or International Holidays?
For customers opting for Express Delivery, please note:
- TCS does not deliver on national or international holidays (e.g., Sunday, Kashmir Day, Labor Day).
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by non-working days or holidays.
To ensure timely delivery within 2 to 3 working days, kindly place your order during official working days (Monday to Friday). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
21- Do you offer International Shipping?
Our international shipping is now available, with delivery times ranging from 10 to 14 days.
22- What are your Delivery Charges for International Orders?
- For international orders, payment must be made in advance.
- Shipping and delivery charges vary depending on the destination country.

23- How do I check the delivery status?
After dispatch, you will be provided with a Tracking number for your order through SMS/Email. You can check your order status on Call Courier/Leaopards/TCS and DHL/Skynet websites for local and international order respectively, copy and paste your tracking numbers to track your order.
